Documenting our Days: Indiana Dunes
A new mom, a new wife, a foreigner, a teacher and a bar owner. Add them together and what do you get? A blog of funny and interesting, stories, rants and thoughts about life, love and motherhood far from home. The stories get even crazier when you wrap all those characters into one person! Now that's a BUNCH of fun!

Happy anniversary. You make a beautiful family.
Sarah, you look so "grown up" now with bangs, CUTE! oh and congrats bella on you rice cereal and of course congrats on your one year anniversary... hopefully the baby slept in her crib :) hehe
I LOVE your hair like that! It's so super cute! I got my bangs cut again too. All these miles apart and we still manage to be "twins!"
Now... about your shoes... hehe ;)
You will never take my BIRKENSTOCKS!!
You can say THAT again! hehehehehe
they are pretty dated looking!
I love my shoes. I traveled in them all over Europe. The image-conscious Valencianos don't like them either, but I don't like their cheap-looking 80's style. So we learn to co-exist and create a world where old worn-out shoes and plastic accessories can still be friends. :-)
This is one of the many reasons why I love you soooo much. You could co-exist with a troll if you needed to. Not sure why I chose troll... but you get what I'm sayin' ;) When you're here - you, me, your Birkenstocks and my UGGS...we'll have a party. We can invite Merry and her Crocs too if we want! And maybe Jenny has some nerdy rain boots or something... :)
I'll have to pull out my crocs and clean them for this party!!!
My rain boots are NOT nerdy--they are brown with white polka dots!! :o) And I couldn't live without my black Dansko clogs. Can't wait for the party!
Sarah--your hair is adorable. You remind me a lot of your mom now.
